CHALLENGE

Design a transit-oriented community on a sea of parking lots.

Start by imagining it as an unified district with a set of guiding principles for its design.

But first,go vertical with the parking to make way for buildings.

...and figure out how the circulation should work for people to get around by foot, bike and car.

...with each use finding its appropriate place within the district.

...and each street designed to correspond to the uses within the block adjacent to them.
