Sijin Sun, Urban Designer

SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Sijin has a wealth of experience with public agency engagement, including city park, town center, and public space assessments and repositioning. Her focus includes mapping physical site opportunities and constraints, conducting site investigations, and performing demographic research. Sijin leverages the insights she gains during the discovery phase of projects to guide the design and planned improvements. Her expertise ensures that the projects are not only well-informed but also strategically designed to maximize their potential.

In addition to her analytical skills, Sijin will lead the creation of illustrative memorandums and graphics. These will encompass opportunities and constraints, illustrative perspectives of planned improvements, and programming for city park uses and amenities. She will collaborate closely with the team to develop proposed improvements and master plan frameworks for open space, circulation, access, activity, maintenance, and cost. Sijin's comprehensive approach and creative vision are instrumental in bringing projects to life and ensuring they meet the needs of the community.
