URBAN & ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER

FIRST FORTY FEET is looking for an Urban & Architectural Designer to join our Portland office. The perfect candidate must have a passion for design and the ability to work ideas. Our firm is interested in creative individuals that are eager to learn from our team and bring new innovative methods to the practice. We seek like-minded designers who are excited about community engagement, urban regeneration, multi-modal transportation, sustainable urbanism, and equitable development. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in either urban design, architecture, or landscape architecture. Fluency in AutoCAD, Adobe Suites (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), SketchUp, and Microsoft Office are required. Hand sketching, project management skills, community outreach experience, mad rendering skills, and proficiency with Bluebeam, Enscape3d, Adobe After Effects, or GIS Urban Footprint are a plus.
